    Available Monday - Friday ( except holidays) 10:00 - 11:30 and 12:30 – 1:00 pm at 835 3rd Ave.. Free to all residents in need In Prince George
  • Friends For Lunch Meal Program
    A free lunch to all residents in need in Prince George.
    Available Mondays through Fridays from 12:30 pm to 1:15 pm.
    Menu includes soup, sandwiches, refreshments and desert!
  • Emergency Food Bank
    Is available once monthly for 'qualifying' residents that are in need (Contact Client Services Worker for more information) .

  • Emergency Assistance
    Vouchers are provided for use in our local Thrift Stores for clothing, furniture & household items. Other emergencies are assessed on an individual basis. Available to low income residents of Prince George.
  • Access to Community Ministries Laundry Limited capacity washer and dryer service available to clients 9:30 to 12 noon by appointment.
  • Infant Formula Milk Bank
    Available biweekly to families with infants by arrangement with Community client worker
  • Pro Bono Lawyer
    Free consultation will be available once monthly for those in need in the Prince George area. Service commencement date to be announced.
  • Christmas Food Hampers & Toys
    With a host of willing volunteers and contributing businesses and individuals we brighten this season of celebration with essentials and extras that make the holiday truly joyful for all.
  • Community Christmas Dinner
    An annual affair, where low income families are invited to attend and enjoy a lovely Christmas dinner in a festive atmosphere.
  • School Supplies for Kids
    In cooperation with local businesses we collect school supplies for students who would not otherwise have what they need to feel confident and succeed in their studies at school. Supplies are to be distributed beginning August 29 at the Community Ministries building at 835 - 3rd Avenue through our Client Services Worker.
  • Tax Preparation Assistance
    In the new year we make assistance available to clients to complete their tax forms. Service available March 30 to April 30.(Contact Client Services Worker, Judy Fisher for more information.)
  • Family Tracing Service
    We work jointly with other Salvation Army Corps to locate missing family members.
  • Coffee Friendship Room
    Sit down for a cup from 9:00 am till 10:00 am.
  • Emergency Disaster Relief Sevices
    Our teams of volunteer provide: emergency feeding, personal services and spiritual ministry in times of disaster.
